There, nestled in the mountains on the midwestern side of the island, a combination of experimental microgrids, solar panels, and storage kept power on for many businesses and residents. Jan Wildeboer 😷:krulorange:<p>I argued a while ago how we can use (hyper)local storage in batteries to have autarky for electricity in neighbourhoods/villages with defined connection points to The Grid at a single place so you can run your own little grid under your local control.
